Since I have been working out quite a bit. I would like to share the first 12 week plan I have been doing.

Here is how to do it:
The workout is designed to be a 12 week workout and you should do it 7 days a week for best results.


You should do the following:
 Do a day of weights workout plus 30-40 minutes of Cardio each day and then on the off days you should for at least an additional 60 Mins of Cardio
 Start with low weights and precise movements and increase weights and decrease breaks between sets as you get halfway thorough the program
 Ensure you have the right shoes and other gear to not injure yourself
