Here is how to do it:
The workout is designed to be a 12 week workout and you should do it 7 days a week for best results.
You should do the following:
Do a day of weights workout plus 30-40 minutes of Cardio each day and then on the off days you should for at least an additional 60 Mins of Cardio
Start with low weights and precise movements and increase weights and decrease breaks between sets as you get halfway thorough the program
Ensure you have the right shoes and other gear to not injure yourself
